Formerly the Senior Director of Experience Design at VML China, Ann is a certified Design Thinking coach with a background in global tech and top 4A agencies. Having led Fortune 500 projects in product innovation and digital transformation, she is driven by the conviction that meaningful design solving human challenges while remaining both inclusive and sustainable.
